The Elgin 2023 committee commissioned this fine collectors print showcasing the Turkey River,  Bridge,
and  present downtown with white tail deer in the foreground. The romantic fall sunse

arefully rendered wild life and buildings painted to showcase detail and evoke the beauty of our
community.

The prints are 10" x 15." and are designed to fit into a 16" x 20" frame.

Elgin 2023 is the long range town planning committee. This art is part of t
heir fund raising plans and the
organization hopes to raise more than $2000.00 for their efforts.

J.D. Speltz is a ten-time state stamp and three
-time national print award winner. The binding elemens in all
Speltz Studio paintings
are the drama and story that each tells. In every painting you will find a number of
small sparrows somewhere on the canvas. The sparrows in this original represent the Elgin
2023
Committee members.
