| The Elgin 2023 Committee is proud to announce the release of the limited edition collector lithograph of Elgin entitled: "Little Switzerland" by artist J.D. Speltz The Elgin 2023 committee commissioned this fine collectors print showcasing the Turkey River, Bridge, and present downtown with white tail deer in the foreground. The romantic fall sunset scene has the carefully rendered wild life and buildings painted to showcase detail and evoke the beauty of our community. The prints are 10" x 15." and are designed to fit into a 16" x 20" frame. Prints start as low as $35.00 unframed and deluxe framed editions are available for an additional price.
