The Turkey River is a popular bass and walleye fisherman’s destination, and the area has numerous trails for four-wheelers in the warm seasons and snow mobilers in the winter. The community of Elgin, population of approximately 700, currently has 19 houses available to purchase. Starting as low as $30,000, they range in price, condition, and square footage. They provide a variety of options from fixer-upers to ready-to-occupy homes for purchase or for rent. The fully equipped café is now for sale and availablefor a new owner.
